When ordering from Gay-Shop Online, we ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, should this apply we will notify you through e-mail. All orders are sent in a plain packaging offering you utmost discretion. The prices shown include the german VAT of 7% (books and food) or 19% (all other items). If you are logged in, prices are shown based on your delivery address (European Union: incl. VAT, Non European Union: prices reduced by VAT).

Shipping:

Delivery Time When you place an order, we will ship as soon as possible normally within 24 hours based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose latest within 10 working days. Should your shipment be delayed you will be contacted via e-mail you can check the status of your shipment at anytime by visiting our site where you placed your order.

Calculating Handling Costs:

Handling costs for orders you place at Gay-Shop Online depend upon the amount of purchase, method of payment and your location.

All shipments within Germany and your order is below € 60,00 you will be charged a flat Handling Fee of € 3,90. All shipments within Germany and your order is above € 60,00 you will be shipped to free of charge.

Shipments to states of the European Union (except Germany) the following applies:

• If your order is below € 125,00 you will be charged a flat Handling Fee of € 20,00.
• If your order is below € 250,00 you will be charged a flat Handling Fee of € 10,00.
• If your order is € 250,00 and above you will be shipped to free of charge.

Shipments to states in Europe being not a Member of the European Union (except Germany) the following applies:

• If your order is below € 105,04 you will be charged a flat Handling Fee of € 16,81.
• If your order is below € 210,09 you will be charged a flat Handling Fee of € 8,40.
• If your order is € 210,09 and above you will be shipped to free of charge.

All Shipments to countries not listed above, the actual cost of shipping will apply we will ship with DHL and you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with your order and the actual Handling costs. Due to some warranty issues and some legal restrictions, we are unable to ship all products to all geographical locations.

Items Requiring Special Handling:

Oversized and extremely heavy products are marked on their product detail pages as requiring a special surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the shipment. These items may or may not be able to be shipped outside of continental Europe. For these items an additional shipping cost will apply, these charges will be included in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of your order.

Some items require Hand Finishing these items are likewise marked on their product detail pages. These items will delay shipping times. For those products Both of these charges will be included in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of your order.

Items in our stores that are extremely oversized or weigh over 50 pounds are marked on their product detail pages as requiring special handling and will ship separately from other items in your order. The shipping charges for these items will be calculated for you at the last step of the shipping process before we send you your order, and prepayment may apply to several items also marked in their product detail pages. When this applies, you will be contacted by the shipper to arrange a specific time for delivery.

Undeliverable Packages:

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable, due to not being accepted or being picked up from the carrier after he has notified you. When the carrier returns an undeliverable shipment to us, we charge a handling fee of € 15,00 in addition to the actual shipping costs that we incurred, we will then refund the rest back to you.

We are able to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to still purchase these items then new shipping costs will apply.

Orders that are returned to us at no fault of your own will be refunded completely. If you would like those orders to be re-shipped then contact us through a reply e-mail.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received an e-mail from us of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Return Policy:

You may return new, unopened items sold and shhipped by RSZ-VERSAND within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Items that are not returnable:

• Gift certificates.
• Items such as Condoms, Lubricants, that could be tampered with, these items will be marked as non-returnable in their products detail pages

Partial Refunds:

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

• Any item that has obvious signs of use.
• Any DVD, or item wrapped in individual plastic wrap that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted).
• Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Exchanges:

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us per e-mail. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you have the option to have a voucher created for the full amount or be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) you should then place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You can order the item immediately instead of waiting for us to receive the original item before placing the new order just add in the comments line that you are returning an item.

Please note that it takes up to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive.

If your return is not the result of an error of ours, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.

Returning Underwear and Swimwear:

Gay-Shop Online will accept returns of unworn underwear and swimwear so long as it is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

At our discretion we may still accept Returns after 30 Days.

Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago we may or may not accept. If such an order is accepted you will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it.
