Buying Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates can be bought like any other product in the shop, providing that the shop is presently offering them. Once you have bought the Gift Certificate and it has been paid for then you will see below your orders the positive amount of the Gift Certificate you have purchased. You can then use the link "Redeem" to use it or you can send it per email to someone of your choice.

Sending a Gift Certificate

To send the Geift Certificate to someone else use the button "Send Geft Certificate" that you will find in your shopping cart. In order to send it to someone we need the following information from you: First and Last Name of the receipient, a valid email address of the receipient. The amount you wish to send (You may also use a portion of your present Gift Certificate). A short message to the receipient from you (Example best wished on your Birthday etc). Please insure that all information is accurate before sending, you have the ability to change any information prior to sending but not afterwards.

Using your Gift Certificate

Once you receive a Geft Certificate you can use it to buy products on the site. During the checkout process you will have the ability to redeem your Gieft Certificate, should the ordered amount be more than you ordered then you will still have the remaining amount to use should the ordered amount be more then the Gift Certificate then you will need to select the preferred payment method prior to checking out.

Using the Gift Certificate link from the E-mail you received.

If you received a Gift Certificate per E-Mail you will need to create an account to redeem the Gift Certificate, simply click on the link you received in the E-Mail it will take you to the site where the Gift Certificate can be redeemed.
1. Click on the Link in the E-Mail. If you do not have a Customer Account you can then create one.
2. Place products into your shopping cart, once you have done so you can enter the code into the redeemtion box at the beginning of the order checkout process, simply enter the code you received.

In the event that a Problem occurs:

Though we have done everything possible to be bug free in the system nothing is 100% fail safe, so should for some reason something go wrong while using a Gift Certificate contact us immediately per E-Mail vouchers@gay-shop.de with the following information: Try to describe the problem as best possible, and if you received an error message the message you received as well, we will need the following personal information as well: Your Account Number, The Order Number(only if already placed), The Gift Certificate Code, and the browser that you used when you incurred the problem. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve any problems.
